Where are your products manufactured?
We work with leading cosmetic companies in Italy , Portugal and France who blend our own fragrances with custom formulated soaps, bath and body care products.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 1 carton. We offer volume based discounts for large and recurring orders.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our products are made with safe low dose preservatives to be extra gentle on the skin. The formulations allow for a shelf life of at least 24 months. This is dependant on the proper storage of our products at your facilities ( in their original packaging, out of direct light/sunlight in a dry and temperate location).
Our organic products have a shorter shelf life. For best results, we recommend using these products within 12 months after delivery.
Do you ship your products to other markets?
Of course. Shipping is available throughout the EU. For orders to other destinations, we invite you to contact us by email or telephone so that we can prepare a peronalized pricing offer for you including the costs of shipping.
When will the website be expanded for delivery to ther markets?
We hope to be able to offer our convenient webshopping service to other EU markets in the future. We are in the process of negotiating optimized shipping rates with our partners to enable us to offer this service.
